  • To file your tax returns: If you pay for the filing service, we will share your financial documents in a secure format with our accredited and Registered Tax Practitioners (such as TaxAssist), who will then submit it to SARS.
  • To increase the accuracy of analysis: By benchmarking our AI models against broader market data provided by these partners.
  • For promotional purposes: To allow our partners to offer you specific, targeted financial products, services, or advisory consultations that may further benefit your financial planning, based on your analyzed profile.

4.2. Operators

We utilize third-party Operators (service providers) to perform functions on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, secure payment processing). We ensure that all Operators are bound by written agreements to uphold the principles of the legislation and maintain strict confidentiality and security measures.

4.3. Analytics and Performance Monitoring

We use third-party analytics and optimization platforms to help us understand how users interact with our service (such as where they drop off in the onboarding flow, which features are used most frequently, and when technical errors occur). This interaction telemetry uses unique session identifiers but does not collect or transmit sensitive personal data, such as your answers to tax questions, personal identification numbers, financial values, or the names and contents of uploaded files. This data is used solely to improve our user experience, troubleshoot bugs, and measure application performance.

5. Security and Data Retention

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security safeguards, including encryption, access controls, and multi-factor authentication, to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
